Discover a new mindset and transform your life. Starting on Tuesday, 10 January 2023 at 7pm, an hour of teachings, pointers and mindful meditation to help create less anxiety, less stress and less self-doubt in life, leading to a more carefree life experience. The sessions are to be held at Brooke Centre, Regent Place with plenty of free on-road parking.
£10 per session - first session one-off payment of £10 to see if you like it, then £40 for block of 4 or £50 for a block booking of six sessions. Concessions are available for those not working or on low income.
In a relaxed group setting, you will learn through discussions, stories, poetry and most importantly, your own experience, to take pauses. To tune into your senses, thoughts, breath and body sensations cultivating a new self-compassionate relationship where you are not always in your head - paying attention to the constant commentary and chitter-chatter of thought. This results in a more loving compassionate approach to all of your other relationships - family, work colleagues and the world around you. Things you currently find annoying, irritating, frustrating take on a new perspective leaving you with a sense of peace which removes tension from your body as well as from your relationships.
