When I first started Mindful Meditation, six years ago, and learned to watch my thoughts, I discovered so much about myself not least that I was my biggest bully! I was kind to others but I certainly wasn’t kind to me!

To tune into your senses, thoughts, breath and body sensations cultivating this new relationship with yourself where you are not always in your head. This results in a more loving, compassionate approach to all of your other relationships - family, work colleagues and the world around you. Things you currently find annoying, irritating, frustrating take on a new perspective leaving you with a sense of peace which removes tension from your body as well as from your relationships.
